At Strongskills, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Digital Services and Training Programs

  • Cancellation by You:
  • Before Commencement: You may cancel your enrollment in a digital service or training program up to 7 before the start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible.
  • After Commencement: Once the program or service has started, cancellations are generally not allowed. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation by Us:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service or program due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment, technical issues, or instructor availability. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date, program.

b. Consulting Services

  • Cancellation Notice: You may cancel a scheduled consulting service by providing at least 7 day notice. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges, and any prepaid fees will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Services and Training Programs:
  • Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. If materials or resources have been provided, these must be returned in their original condition.
  • Consulting Services:
  • If a consulting service is canceled with the required notice, no refund of any prepaid fees will be issued.

b. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Services: Any custom or personalized services, including tailored consulting or bespoke training programs, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation , please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Service or program name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for cancellation request
